Booking is very simple, just fill the form below. Note the following conditions:
- Rates have a increased 10 to 20 % on holidays and certain times of the year.

- 10 % discount on your 1st visit if cash payment. Also discounts for longer stay.
- Rates includes housekeeping once per week or at the guest's request.
- To confirm a reserve a 1st night payment is required within 24 hours or . You don´t need to have a paypal account, just follow the email indications that we will send and you´ll complete the payment quickly. If the guest doesn´t show or cancel within 30 days before arrival, the guest will not entitled to reimbursement.
- Swimming pool, gym, foosball, billiard, bar lounges areas are free. Lounge for social events and BBQ grill areas are available for an additional payment. *Restrictions: according the availability time or maintenance.
- Check in: from 1:00 p.m. / Check out: until 10:00 a.m., a new day will be charged after this.
- We offer Check in early and Check out late, ask for prices.
- A US$ 200 security deposit is required, this will be holded untill the end of your stay after checking the property.
